About Us
Therese “Terry” Williams, owner of TMW Consulting, has over 30 years of experience working with both small and large private companies and also public agencies like the State of CA and public school districts.
In 1998 after working with IT companies for nine years, she started TMW Consulting. Terry wanted to have the freedom to work with her small business clients helping them to meet their many IT needs rather than focusing on a limited list of services that the IT firms she previously worked for covered.
Her favorite phrase to share with her clients and prospects is “We just make the damned thing work.” While not a statement one would say very loudly, it shares the sentiment of many of the clients that she has worked with over the years. A client wants results and Terry and her team work hard to meet the client’s goals and expectations.
